Daily Farce

Hi, yeah so the daily art has become a bit of a farce lately but i've had some uni assignments to get on with, so daily art shall resume next week or (highly doubtful) sometime this week if I take up to some good ol' fashioned procrastinating.  Even though I haven't been drawing i've written down a ton of ideas so I won't be short on any when I get back into it.  Hope you're all having fun living your lives and what not, now back to staring at a blank screen waiting for some words to spill out of me, catch you all on the flipflop.

Haven't been home this weekend and didn't have my iPad on me so there's been no posts over the weekend, sorry about that. Was watching NY ink when I came home so I started on some rough sketch ups of acoustic guitar type tattoo designs.

So my Griffin stylus came for the iPad today, it's awesome and really responsive, hoping to be able to make some cool pictures with it.  Here's my first picture using the stylus I have no idea what it is really, was just doodling and this is the end result, some scared looking old man/gollum looking person, enjoy haha!

KING JEREMY

This is kind of a messy and random picture I created.  I was listening to the song "Jeremy" by Pearl Jam the other day while I was messing around on my iPad, it wasn't a conscious decision to make it be about the song but it just kinda worked.  The song is quite dark because of the subject matter, it's written about a boy who killed himself infront of his classmates, so I guess that depressing element came out in the picture.  The ocean/sea of tears was actually a mistake, was messing round with a few colours and chose blue, I intended it to be a wave but it ended up being an ocean of tears.
